1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or registering for any program offered by Dinesh AI Academy, including the 5-Day AI Bootcamp or the Advanced AI Engineering Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Programs

Dinesh AI Academy provides practical, educational content about Generative AI, AI tools, prompt engineering, productivity and related topics. Programs are intended for general skill-building and are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial or technical advice specific to your situation.

3. Registration & Payment

  • Registration for the 5-Day AI Bootcamp requires payment of the listed fee through our payment partner, Razorpay.
  • Bootcamp dates, timing and format are as published on the registration page at the time of your enrollment.
  • Registration for the Advanced AI Engineering Program requires payment of the listed fee, at the price displayed on the enrollment page at the time of payment.
  • Seats are limited per batch or cohort and are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. Your seat is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old. Those under 18 may take part only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
  • Your seat is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared or resold without our written approval. Live-session links and program resources must not be shared with anyone who has not enrolled.
  • You are responsible for a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and any third-party accounts a program requires (for example, AI tool or cloud accounts). Those services are governed by their own terms and may carry their own costs.
  • We may reschedule a session or batch for reasons such as instructor availability or technical issues, and will give participants reasonable notice. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Refunds

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we aim to provide practical, high-quality AI education, we do not guarantee specific career, business or financial outcomes as a result of attending our programs. Results depend on individual effort and application.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, branding and resources provided by Dinesh AI Academy are the property of Dinesh AI Academy and may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed without permission.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants during live sessions or community interactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dinesh AI Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our programs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website or our programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, or with your use of this website or our programs, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
